Gul Receives De Soto

ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul received U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan's Special Envoy to Cyprus Alvaro De Soto on Thursday.
De Soto who arrived in Ankara late on Wednesday on farewell visits firstly met with Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Ugur Ziyal early on Thursday.
Later, De Soto was received by Gul. Any statement was not released.
De Soto will bid farewell to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan later in the day.
