Treasury Sells 1,308 Trillion Liras Of Bonds

ANKARA - The Turkish Treasury Undersecretariat sold 1 quadrillion 216.8 trillion Turkish liras (TL) of variable rate bonds denominated in TL in an auction it conducted on Monday.
The total nominal-valued bids had been 2 quadrillion 216.8 trillion TL while the net sale was 1 quadrillion 308 trillion TL.
Value date of these bonds is April 28, 2004 and maturity is March 15, 2006. First coupon payment will be made on June 16, 2004.
