ANTALYA - The 40th International Presidential Turkey Cycling Tour started in Alanya town of southern Antalya province on Monday.
Eleven teams from nine countries including 63 cyclists pedaled 3.4 kilometers in the prologue race.
Yauhen Sobal of Belarus became the first in the prologue with 03.33.42 minutes while Mathieu Hedson of International Cycling Federation ranked the second pedaling 3.4 kilometers in 03.33.63 minutes. Andrei Kunitski of Belarus became the third with 03.34.23 minutes.
Cyclers will pedal from Alanya to Antalya, a 150-kilometer distance, on Tuesday.
