ANKARA - The Turkish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cologne, Germany, will be inaugurated by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder on April 27, 2004.
Following establishment of the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Istanbul under a protocol signed on January 27, 1994 between Union of Turkish Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) and Union of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce, the Turkish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be inaugurated in Cologne.
Prime Minister Erdogan will leave for Germany on Monday.
After inaugurating the Turkish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Prime Minister Erdogan and German Chancellor Schroeder will hold a bilateral meeting.
Meanwhile, a delegation of nearly 600 Turkish businessmen will leave for Germany to attend the inauguration.
