T.R.N.C. Higher Electoral Board Announces Official Results Of Referendum

LEFKOSA - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Higher Electoral Board announced on Sunday official results of referendum which was held on U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan's plan on Cyprus on April 24.
The official results will be published in today's Official Gazette.
Below listed official results of referendum:

Total number of voters: 143.639
The number of voters who cast votes: 121.162
The number of valid votes: 119.618
The rate of participation in referendum: 84.35
Total number of yes votes: 77.702
Total number of no votes: 41.916
