Southeast European Education Ministers' Meeting Starts In Istanbul

ISTANBUL - The third informal meeting of education ministers of Southeast European Countries started in Istanbul on Saturday.
Education ministers and representatives of 12 countries are participating in the meeting.
Making opening remarks of the meeting, Turkish National Education Minister Huseyin Celik said that education was the most important factor of development.
