Talat: Resolution On Cyprus Will Not Be Approved At U.N. Security Council

KARPAZ - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Prime Minister Mehmet Ali Talat said on Wednesday that they received some news that Russia would veto resolution on Cyprus which was expected to be taken up at the U.N. Security Council on Wednesday evening and added that he thought that this resolution would not be approved.
Talat visited Dipkarpaz village and said that he had talks with U.N. officials and added that they also thought that this resolution would not be approved at the Security Council.
TRNC Prime Minister Talat added that the issue which concerned TRNC was the Security Council resolution which would be taken with the Foundation Agreement on April 29.
