ISTANBUL - Turkish gas supplier and distributer OPET Petroleum is getting prepared to cooperate with DKV Euro Service, a leading company which offers card and road support services in the international transportation sector.
Within the framework of the cooperation, DKV Card owners will be able to purchase fuel from OPET stations without making any cash payments, OPET said in a written statement on Tuesday.
By this way, DKV-member foreign companies will be able to follow up their fleets which refuel in Turkey and they will also have the chance to follow up payment transactions easily.
"Thanks to such cooperation, the doors of Europe will be opened to Turkish logistics companies," said OPET's Director General Aydin Gunes.
"By the end of this year, DKV services will be offered at a thousand OPET and SUNSET stations all over Turkey," he added.
DKV Euro Service, a company established in 1934, has a wide network of customers all over Europe with its 44,000 business partners in 40 countries, as well as 80,000 institutional subscribers and 1.3 million card users.
