LEFKOSA - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Prime Minister Mehmet Ali Talat will go to Brussels via Istanbul to attend panel discussions at the European Parliament and International Donors Conference on Cyprus.
TRNC Prime Ministry Press and Public Relations Directorate announced on Monday that Talat would leave Lefkosa for Istanbul at 7 p.m. on Tuesday and depart from Istanbul for Brussels at 7.35 a.m. on Wednesday.
Talat will attend a panel discussion that would be held at 2.30 p.m. the same day upon initiative of the Ari Movement at the European Policy Center in Brussels. Talat who will hold a news conference at 5 p.m. the same day at the European Parliament upon initiative of European Parliament member Ozan Ceyhun will attend another panel discussion that will be held with support of European Parliament member Andrew Duff and meet with high-level diplomats at dinner.
Talat will participate in the Donors Conference that will be presided by the European Union on April 15 and deliver a speech as representative of the Turkish Cypriot side.
TRNC Prime Minister Talat will return to the TRNC on April 17 via Istanbul.
