Lawsuit Filed Against Head Terrorist Ocalan's Lawyer

BURSA - A lawsuit was filed against head terrorist Abdullah Ocalan's lawyer Dogan Erbas, demanding imprisonment terms up to three years on charges of attempting to leak terrorist organization's documents to the Imrali island prison where the head terrorist stays, sources said on Thursday.
Sources said that it was revealed that lawyer Erbas who came to the Gendarmerie Command in Gemlik town of Bursa province in Marmara region on February 26, 2003 to proceed to Imrali island to hold his weekly visit to his client, was carrying terrorist organization's documents.
An investigation was opened against Erbas and under the investigation, a lawsuit was filed at the Bursa High Criminal Court with a request for his imprisonment up to three years on charges of ''professional misconduct''.
