Industrial Production Increases By 15.6 Percent In February

ANKARA - The industrial production increased by 15.6 percent in the February of 2004 over to the same period of the previous year.
The State Institute of Statistics (DIE) announced on Thursday the result of the quarterly industrial production index for February of 2004.
According to the results, manufacturing industry production rose by 17.5 percent; and electricity, gas and water production climbed by 7 percent while mining industry production dropped by 4.1 percent.
