PARIS - Turkish State Minister Ali Babacan arrived on Wednesday in Paris to sign a loan of 200 million euros lent by the Development Bank of the Council of Europe.
Babacan and Development Bank of the Council of Europe Director General Raphel Alomar will sign the loan agreement at the Turkish Embassy building late on the same day.
Meanwhile, Babacan will attend a conference on ''Financing of Development'' that will be held on Thursday in ministerial level as the guest of French Finance and Industry Minister Nicolas Sarkozy.
