Council Of Europe Development Bank To Lend 200 Million Euro Loan To Turkey

PARIS - Council of Europe (COE) Development Bank will lend a loan of 200 million euros to Turkey to support small and medium scale enterprises (SMSEs).
A framework loan agreement will be signed by Turkish State Minister Ali Babacan and COE Development Bank Director General Raphael Alomar on April 7 at the Turkish Embassy in Paris.
