Air Forces Commander Of U.A.E. Visits Turkish Air Forces Commander

ANKARA - General Khalid Abdullah M. Al Buainnain, the Air Forces Commander of United Arab Emirates (UAE), visited on Monday Turkish Air Forces Commander General Ibrahim Firtina.
General Firtina said that technical personnel of F-16 jets purchased by UAE were trained in central Konya province under the agreement signed between the two countries.
Firtina added that Al Buainnain came to Turkey to attend the ceremony to be held in order to present nine pilots of Air Forces Command of UAE with their licenses after they had received training in Konya Third Main Jet Base Command.
