NEW YORK - A total of 12 Turkish companies took part among the list of the world`s leading 2000 companies of Forbes magazine.
Forbes magazine announced the world`s leading 2000 companies which will be published on Monday. Turkiye Is Bankasi takes place as Turkey`s leading companies in the list. Is Bankasi ranks the 566th among the leading companies of the world. Sabanci Group is the second leading company and ranks the 666th.
Other Turkish companies are as follows:
``Yapi and Kredi Bankasi (746), Koc Group (883), Turkiye Garanti Bankasi (1133), Turkcell (1143), Petrol Ofisi (1299), Tupras (1304), Dogan Holding (1312), Finansbank (1557), Enka (1615) and Arcelik (1943).``
