Erdogan In Brussels

BRUSSELS - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Brussels, Belgium, early on Thursday to attend the European Union (EU) spring-term summit and to hold a series of meetings.
He is scheduled to partake in a luncheon to be hosted by Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt of Belgium in honor of group leaders of European Liberal Party on Thursday.
Later, Prime Minister Erdogan will hold bilateral talks with EU Foreign Policy Chief Javier Solana, EU Commissioner for Science and Research Philippe Busquin, and EU Commissioner for Enlargement Guenter Verheugen.
Prime Minister Erdogan will attend a banquet to be hosted in honor of heads of state and government of EU member and candidate countries.
On Friday, Prime Minister Erdogan will meet with President Jacques Chirac of France.
Erdogan is expected to return to Turkey later in the same day after attending the briefing of the EU Term Presidency for heads of state and government of candidate countries.
