ANKARA - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will leave for Brussels on March 25 to attend the European Union (EU) Spring-Term Summit to be held between March 25 and 26, 2004.
Releasing a statement on Monday, the Prime Ministry Office said that Prime Minister Erdogan would leave for Brussels early on Thursday.
Prime Minister Erdogan will start holding talks the same day.
He is scheduled to partake in a luncheon to be hosted by Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt of Belgium in honor of group leaders of European Liberal Party.
After meeting with EU Commissioner Guenter Verheugen, Prime Minister Erdogan will attend a banquet to be hosted in honor of heads of state and government of EU member and candidate countries.
Erdogan is expected to return to Turkey on March 26 after attending the briefing of the EU Term Presidency for heads of state and government of candidate countries.
