ANKARA - Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul said on Tuesday that they have observed that Greece has hesitations on attending four-way conference on Cyprus at level of prime ministers.
When journalists reminded Gul the news reports that Greece did not want to join the four-way conference at level of prime ministers, he said, ''it is not definite yet. Of course, there is nothing to be done if it says 'no'. We prefer the conference to be held first in foreign ministry level and later in prime ministry level. However, we see that Greek side has several hesitations.''
