Chinese Workers Killed And Wounded In Firedamp Explosion In Coal Mine Identified

ZONGULDAK - Chinese workers who were killed and wounded in a firedamp explosion in a coal mine of Turkish Coal Agency (TTK) in Karadon region in northern province of Zonguldak early on Tuesday were identified.
Sources said that Chinese miners Liu Gruang Yung, Hung Lan Hong, Yi Xian Gin, Yon Xin Zinon and Cheng Ping were killed while Chinese miners Cheng Chanenel, Wu Lianvin and Yong Yongong were injured in the explosion which was caused by spread of spark during a welding work in the mine where nearly eighty TTK and Chinese miners were digging a shaft.
Wu Lianvin, one of the injured Chinese miners, said the explosion happened while they were conducting a welding work of top of the shaft.
