ANKARA - Prime Minister Mehmet Ali Talat and Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Serdar Denktas of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will come to Ankara late on Wednesday to evaluate the latest point reached in the Cyprus negotiations.
Replying to a question about the Cyprus negotiations during weekly news conference, Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Namik Tan announced that Talat and Serdar Denktas would come to Ankara today.
Noting that negotiations would pause for one-day on Thursday, Tan said that within this framework, the latest point reached in the negotiations would be evaluated in meetings with Talat and Serdar Denktas.
Talat and Serdar Denktas are expected to depart from Turkey late on Thursday.
