Russian President Putin's Adviser In Ankara

ANKARA - Russian President Vladimir Putin's chief adviser Sergey Yastrjemski who is in Ankara to attend an international conference, will also meet with Foreign Ministry officials.
Yastrjemski who attended the reception hosted by Russian Embassy in his honour on Tuesday evening, will meet with Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ugur Ziyal on Wednesday.
Upon questions of reporters in the reception, Yastrjemski said that the date of Putin's planned visit to Ankara would become final following the 14 March elections in Russia.
Noting that the Chechen problem didn't constitute a problem in the bilateral relations, Yastrjemski said that the visit of Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul to Russia was the beginning of a new period in Turkish-Russian relations.
