VIENNA - National Education Minister Huseyin Celik departed from Austrian capital Vienna on Tuesday.
Prior to his departure for Turkey, Celik told A.A correspondent that his meetings in Vienna were very fruitful.
Celik said that he had very positive meetings on education and he tried to solve problems of Turkish students having education in Austria during his meetings.
Reiterating that Austria would not get fee from Turkish students having education there, Celik said that he and Austrian officials agreed that some of Turkish language teachers who were charged to give additional Turkish language courses to Turkish children living in Austria should be subject to proficiency training.
Celik added that experts of two countries would decide whether or not to train those 119 Turkish language teachers in Turkey or Austria.
National Education Minister Huseyin Celik went to Austria as the guest of Austrian Minister for Education, Science and Culture Elizabeth Gehrer on Saturday.
Celik met with representatives of Turkish associations and Turkish teachers and students in Austria on Sunday.
Celik visited an elementary school and Vienna University on Monday and later held a bilateral meeting Gehrer.
