Woman Dies In Accident Involving Baykal's Helicopter

HATAY - An accident involving the helicopter of Republican People's Party (CHP) chairman Deniz Baykal left a woman dead and a man injured in southern city of Hatay on Saturday.
Baykal had ridden to Hatay for his party's mass meeting, but was not in the helicopter at the time of the accident.
The pilot of the helicopter had been trying to change direction after dropping Baykal off, but hit a wall, breaking off parts of the helicopter's tail which hit Mubeccel Guner (68) and Erkan Yuce (25) standing nearby.
Both were rushed to Antakya State Hospital, where Guner died. Erkan Yuce is being treated in the hospital.
