Cargo Ship Runs Aground In Canakkale Strait

CANAKKALE - Syrian flagged "Mustafa f" cargo boat ran aground in Canakkale strait, on Saturday.
Sources told that the 106-meter ship was carrying corn from Romania to Greek Cypriot administration, and it ran aground after getting off course off Akbas district.
Sonduren-4 was transferred to the region in order to prevent threat by the ship to other ships that pass the strait.
