Tuzmen Visits Syrian Prime Minister Al- Utri

DAMASCUS - Syrian Prime Minister Muhammad Naji al-Utri said on Sunday that Turkish-Syrian relations had improved very much in the last one month.
State Minister Kursad Tuzmen, who is paying a visit to Syria, visited Syrian Prime Minister al-Utri.
Al-Utri said that Tuzmen exerted efforts to further improve relations with Turkey and other regional countries.
Recalling that Syrian President Bashar al-Asad paid a visit to Turkey in January, al-Utri expressed pleasure with the mentioned visit and issues on which two countries reached a compromise during that visit.
Following the meeting, Tuzmen told reporters that he told al-Utri that Turkish companies wanted to undertake more projects in Syria and asked the Syrian prime minister to help Turkish investors.
Tuzmen said that he expressed his views about making best use of economies of two countries.
State Minister Tuzmen defined their meeting as very positive and fruitful.
Tuzmen later visited Syrian Minister of Electricity, Minister of Finance, Minister of Industry and Minister of Transportation.
