ANKARA - Repo transactions between banks and their customers decreased by 12.5 trillion Turkish liras (TL) between February 20 and 27, 2004.
The Central Bank data show that the repo transactions, which were 2 quadrillion 922.2 trillion TL on February 20 decreased to 2 quadrillion 909.7 trillion TL on February 27.
Repo transactions among the financial organizations decreased 238.4 trillion TL to 7 quadrillion 730.7 trillion TL on February 27. The total repo transactions amount was 7 quadrillion 969.1 trillion TL on February 20.
The reverse repo transactions among the financial organizations, which were 7 quadrillion 901.1 trillion TL on February 20, decreased 185.8 trillion liras to 7 quadrillion 715.2 trillion TL on February 27.
