Grossman Due In Ankara

ANKARA - A U.S. delegation headed by Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Marc Grossman will visit Ankara on Thursday.
Releasing a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Monday that the U.S. delegation headed by Grossman would visit Ankara on March 4, 2004 within the scope of its tour to some Middle East countries and European countries.
The statement noted that Grossman and accompanying delegation would be received by Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul. It added that also meetings between delegations would be held in the Foreign Ministry.
It noted that bilateral and regional issues and preparations for NATO summit which would be held in Istanbul would be discussed during U.S. delegation's visit to Ankara.
