ISTANBUL - Emerald Princess, the best cruise liner in the fleet of Princess Cruises of USA docked in Istanbul on Tuesday with its 3100 guests on board.
Tolgar Biyikli, the director of Golden Bay Tour --agent of Princes Cruises` in Turkey-- took the press on a tour in the liner and briefed them.
Biyikli stated that the vessel that was build in Italy and launched last month is 292 meters long and is among the five largest ships with its 18 decks.
- ITINERARY -
The vessel starts its 12 day-13 night cruise from Venice and then called on Naples, Monaco, Nice, Marseilles, and Kusadasi, before arriving Istanbul. It will then call on Sicily and Malta before arriving in Barcelona.
Emerald Princess is expected to bring around 25,000 tourists to Istanbul until the end of the year.

The ship has 1500 crew members serving 3100 guests.
There are four swimming pools, eleven cafes, a theatre with a capacity of 1,500 people, an open air cinema, 6 bars, gyms, shopping centers, a Las Vegas style casino and an art gallery on board the cruise ship of Bermuda Registry.
