Repo Transactions Between Banks And Their Customers Decrease

ANKARA - Repo transactions between banks and their customers decreased by 294.6 trillion Turkish liras (TL) between February 13 and 20, 2004.
The Central Bank data show that the repo transactions, which were 3 quadrillion 216.8 trillion TL on February 13 decreased to 2 quadrillion 922.2 trillion TL on February 20.
Repo transactions among the financial organizations increased 480.2 trillion TL to 7 quadrillion 969.1 trillion TL on February 20. The total repo transactions amount was 7 quadrillion 489 trillion TL on February 13.
The reverse repo transactions among the financial organizations, which were 7 quadrillion 451.3 trillion TL on February 13, increased 449.8 trillion liras to 7 quadrillion 901.1 trillion TL on February 20.
