ANKARA - Banks' credit volume increased 159.7 trillion Turkish liras (TL) to 58 quadrillion 800.8 trillion TL between February 6 and 13, 2004.
The total credit volume at banks was 58 quadrillion 641.1 trillion TL on February 6.
The credits given to financial sector were composed of 830.5 trillion TL of loans given by deposit banks, and 1 quadrillion 586.6 trillion TL of loans given by development and investment banks.
The credits given to non-financial sector were composed of 135.7 trillion TL of loans given by Central Bank, 51 quadrillion 524.3 trillion TL of loans given by deposit banks, and 4 quadrillion 723.7 trillion TL of loans given by development and investment banks.
