State Minister Babacan Departs For Ireland

ANKARA - State Minister Ali Babacan departed for Ireland on Thursday to represent Turkey in meetings organized by the EU Term Presidency.
The State Ministry said that several regional matters would be discussed during meeting that would start the same day and continue until February 28 in Port Laoise city of Ireland.
It said that 28 ministers would participate in the meetings as representatives of EU member and candidate states.
State Minister Babacan is expected to return to Turkey on Saturday, February 28.
