SIIRT - Seven terrorists were killed in a counter-terrorism operation in Eruh town of southeastern city of Siirt, sources said on Tuesday.
During a clash erupted with terrorists, security forces killed 7 terrorists at Dagdosu village of Eruh town.
Operations continue in the region.
