State Security Court Chief Prosecutor Files Suit Against Suspects Of Terrorist Attacks In Istanbul

ISTANBUL - Istanbul State Security Court (DGM) Prosecutor's Office filed a suit on Wednesday about 69 suspects who were captured in connection with four terrorist attacks which took place in Istanbul three months ago.
Istanbul DGM Chief Prosecutor's Office completed its investigation into the bomb attacks which took place on Beth Israel and Neve Shalom synagogues in Sisli on November 15, 2003 and on British Consulate General in Beyoglu and HSBC headquarters in Besiktas district on November 20, 2003.
The Chief Prosecutor's office prepared an indictment about 69 suspects (50 of them are under arrest) and filed a public prosecution.
The Chief Prosecutor's Office separated the files of nine suspects including Habip Aktas, Gurcan Bac and Azad Ekinci, who were not still caught and who were top members of Al Qaida terrorist organization's formation in Turkey.
