Parliament Adopts Second Article Of Constitutional Amendment Bill

ANKARA - Turkish parliament approved on Monday the second article of a constitutional amendment package regarding general and presidential elections.
361 MPs voted `yes`, one `no`, one `abstainer` and two votes were nullified in a secret ballot for the second article. The second article allows for "incorporating procedures and basics regarding the presidential election to the duties and responsibilities of Higher Board of Election."
