MOSCOW - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul, was received by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.
Prior to his meeting with Putin, Gul laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow.
