24th International Trabzon Half Marathon To Be Run On Sunday

TRABZON - The 24th International Trabzon Half Marathon organized jointly by the Trabzon Municipality and Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, will be run on Sunday.
Sources told the A.A correspondent on Saturday that 230 marathon runners from Turkey, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Bulgaria, Spain, Germany and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will participate in the event.
Yury Tchisov of Russia won men's event while Ebru Kavaklioglu of Turkey won women's event of the last year's half marathon.
Spain will participate in the International Trabzon Half Marathon for the first time.
Winners of the half marathon will be awarded with 2 thousand U.S. dollars prize.
