Hatay's Salty Yoghurt To Be Promoted In South Korea -south Korean Tv Crew Preparing Program On Turkish Yoghurt

HATAY - A South Korean tv crew is preparing a program on Turkish yoghurt.
The tv crew is recording a documentary on "salty yoghurt" in southern province of Hatay. The program will have the title "Yoghurt in Turkish culture".
The South Koreans recorded the preparation stages of the salty yoghurt and conducted interviews with local shop owners and shoppers. They also visited a family in Hatay and watched the preparation of yoghurt at home.
