ISTANBUL - Executives of Turkish Industrialists' & Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD) met Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is also the chairman of the Justice & Development (AK) Party, on Wednesday, the first leg of their talks with chairmen of political parties ahead of the parliamentary elections scheduled for July 22nd.
Erdogan is expected to make a speech on "maintaining political, economic and social stability in Turkey and Turkey's EU full membership perspective", and share AK Party's (electoral) program with TUSIAD members during the meeting that is taking place in Turkish metropolis of Istanbul.
PM Erdogan will answer questions of participants regarding recent developments in Turkey in the part of the meeting which will be held behind closed doors.
TUSIAD will also have talks with chairmen and administrators of Democrat Party (DP), Republican People's Party (CHP), and Nationalist Movement Party (MHP).
