ANKARA - "Crime scene investigation (CSI) teams and bomb disposal teams are searching the scene of explosion," Turkish Interior Minister Osman Gunes said on Tuesday after an explosion ripped through a busy shopping center in the capital city of Ankara.
Gunes told reporters that more than 40 people were injured in the blast.
"Some of them are in life-threatening condition," he noted.
"CSI teams and bomb disposal teams are searching the scene of explosion. Also, we kept our civil defense teams ready for search-and-rescue efforts," he said.
Gunes added that cause of the explosion was not clarified yet.
