Turkish Director's Film Screened In Cannes

CANNES - Turkish film director Semih Kaplanoglu`s film "Yumurta (Egg)" was screened in the category of "Quinzaine de Realisateurs" during the Cannes Film Festival.
The cast and the director were in attendance at the gala premier of the film.
French press showed great interest in Turkish actors and actresses.
Meanwhile, Turkish director Fatih Akin`s film "Yasamin Kiyisinda" (The Edge of Heaven)" will be shown on Wednesday.
