ANKARA - The second protocol regarding the transfer of natural gas contracts of Turkish Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (BOTAS) to other companies was signed with Bosphorus Gaz A.S. on Tuesday.
According to the protocol, an amount of 750 million cu.m. from the natural gas import contracts will be transferred to Bosphorus Gaz A.S. annually.
The transfer protocol between Bosphorus Gaz A.S., the Russian Gazprom Export LLC. and BOTAS was signed today at HQ of BOTAS.
Bosphorus Gaz A.S. will now provide the relevant documents from the Turkish Competition Authority and Energy Market Regulatory Authority of Turkey (EPDK) required for the transfer.
On the other hand, two more companies, Enerco Energy and Avrasya Gaz A.S. will be invited by BOTAS respectively to sign transfer contracts as well.
