ANKARA - Foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank increased by 543 million U.S. dollars between February 6 and 13, 2004.
According to the Central Bank's weekly bulletin, the Central Bank's foreign exchange reserves which were 33 billion 516 million U.S. dollars on February 6 increased to 34 billion 59 million U.S. dollars on February 13.
Total foreign exchange reserves of banks and private finance organizations decreased 722 million U.S. dollars from 13 billion 832 million U.S. dollars to 13 billion 110 million U.S. dollars between January 23 and 30.
The international reserves of Turkey comprising gold reserves and foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank, commercial banks and private finance organizations decreased 824 million U.S. dollars from 49 billion 231 million U.S. dollars to 48 billion 407 million U.S. dollars between January 23 and 30.
