Foreign Ministry: Turkey Will Be In Close Cooperation With T.R.N.C. As The Motherland And Guarantor Country

ANKARA - Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that Turkey would be in close cooperation with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in Cyprus talks as the motherland and guarantor country.
A statement from the ministry recalled that negotiations resumed between TRNC and Greek Cypriot side to find a fair and lasting solution to the Cyprus question, and noted that Turkey would be in close cooperation with the TRNC as it always did, and expend necessary support with all its institutions.
The statement said a delegation from the foreign ministry was sent to the TRNC in this respect, and that participation to the delegation from related institutions and organizations was envisaged in case of any need.
