ISTANBUL - Turkish climbers Tunc Findik and Mustafa Kalayci planted Turkish and Fenerbahce flags on the summit of Mount Everest to mark the 100th anniversary of the club.
The expedition to Mount Everest was the last in a series of climbs to Mount Agri in Turkey, Aconcagua in Argentina, Somoni in Tajikistan, Mont Blanc in France and Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, said Fenerbahce in a statement published on Monday on its official internet site.
