The property was built at a cost of approximately $50 million. Its design and identity draw on the famous ocean liner Queen Elizabeth, widely regarded as among the most iconic vessels in maritime history.

The hotel offers 325 rooms with a total bed capacity of 1,250. British tourists are the primary market operators expect the property to serve.
