ANKARA - "Social Democratic People`s Party (SHP) should also take place in the alliance of Republican People`s Party (CHP) and Democratic Left Party (DSP)," said Chairman of the Social Democratic People`s party (SHP) Murat Karayalcin on Saturday.
"Union in the left is not complete without SHP," said Karayalcin in a party meeting, where he assessed the recent developments on the agenda.
"An opposition emerged on April 14th. This opposition in Tandogan, Caglayan, and Konak squares prevailed parliamentary opposition," he said.
Stressing that CHP-DSP alliance is not enough, Karayalcin said, "in order to define this movement as left, SHP should also be included."
