ANKARA - Republican People`s Party (CHP)chairman Deniz Baykal paid a visit to head of Democratic Left Party (DSP) Zeki Sezer in DSP HQ on Saturday.
Commenting on PM Erdogan`s negative evaluation of the electoral coalition between CHP and DSP, Deniz Baykal said, "this evaluation reflects prime minister`s frame of mind, not our coalition. It is sad that he lost his control to this extend."
Following their meeting, Baykal said he and Sezer will attend the republic demonstration to be held on Sunday in northern city of Samsun together.
On the other hand, DSP chairman Sezer affirmed that he will not stand as a candidate for parliament in general elections.
Previously PM Erdogan is quoted saying "now they are uniting. If you put 40 rotten eggs together, it will not be equal to an egg," regarding the electoral coalition between CHP and DSP.
