Treasury Undersecretary Canakci Leaves For Tatarstan

ANKARA - Turkish Treasury Undersecretary Ibrahim Canakci left for Tatarstan to attend the 16th governors board meeting of European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) which will be held between May 20th and 21st.
Governors board will discuss independent auditor report of 2006 fiscal year, net income of 2006 and budget of 2007 during the meetings.
Canakci, as vice-president of governors board, will chair the sessions during the meetings.
Canakci will also hold talks with EBRD President Jean Lemierre as well as executives of several international banks.
EBRD which was founded in 1991 also with participation of Turkey has a total capital of 20 billion Euro.
