Istanbul Mayor Topbas Returns To Turkey From U.S.A.

ISTANBUL - Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Kadir Topbas returned to Turkey on Friday from the United States.
Topbas participated in the "C40 Large Cities Climate Summit" in New York.
Topbas told a news conference at Ataturk Airport that there have been some problems in ecological balance stemming from climate change. "Not only administrators but also all people should pay attention to this matter," he stated.
Noting that Istanbul municipality has been working on biodiesel, Topbas indicated that biodiesel would be used in 2 percent of public service vehicles within next two years.
