ANKARA - President Ahmet Necdet Sezer approved the constitutional amendment law that envisages inclusion of names of independent candidates in the combined ballot papers in the general elections to be held on July 22nd.
According to the statement released by Presidential Press Center, the law was sent to the Prime Ministry to be issued.
